Given the amount of other things they worked on, I am guessing they did. If that was the only thing they fixed I could see that, but it was probably just a quick fix they were able to do in a short amount of time or related to one of the other larger changes. I am sure there are lots of valid things to complain about for the patch, as always, but this should not really be one of them.
